Flexible Working and Work-Life Balance.

  • Flexitime. The work-life balance of our team is incredibly important to us. That’s why we let you choose your start, end and lunch times to fit into your daily routine, with options to balance longer and shorter working days to balance your time effectively.  

  • Working-from-home arrangements. After some initial time to settle in, we can organise a working-from-home arrangement. We’ll equip you to ensure you’re suitably set up to work a day or so a week from the comfort of your own home while staying securely connected to the team.

Generous and Equitable Remuneration.

  • Annual bonus based on a profit-share model. We believe that when we all do well, we should all benefit. That’s why, at the end of each financial year, a portion of our anticipated profit is divided between employees based on pay, portion of the year worked and performance.

  • Opportunities to earn extra cash! Our flexitime model allows for you to apply for additional work when available. Additional hours can be paid out as an additional payment, or it is commonly exchanged for time-in-lieu.

  • After-hours pay. There’s also the opportunity to earn extra money through after-hours work. Where our employees work outside normal hours, they’re paid for those hours as well as receiving all of the amount the client pays above their normal rate.
