Contacting ITS & Hours
IT Support is delivered via phone, remote access, onsite or in person. You can access our helpdesk during business hours 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
We provide access to after hours or emergency IT support services outside of our business hours which can be accessed by phone. After hours support can incur additional loading of up to 50% based on the amount of warning and planning provided.

User Management
Some of our most utilised and critical services are around user management and administration. Organisational change such as hiring and exiting employees means having greater control of staff access is imperative.
ITS documents your organisation's user management procedures and uses this to manage the creation and decommissioning of users.
